Yesterday I finally had the swimming training. What can I say, it's just frustrating to always be a residue behind. In the last units I've always tried first to make up the deficit and restore the connection.
Well, technically I realize more and more things are and the implementation does not seem impossible. But I lack regular training and the necessary condition. 200m at a good pace to take me to my limits, so I pause briefly, until I can swim further. Here waiting a very large piece of work on me! Otherwise, I will complete the 1.5 km probably only as a U-boat.
I've also stepped up the running training again, I want to know my limits very well. So I am on Monday in the University Hospital of Sports Medicine agreed to lactate. Two hours will take a health check and hopefully give me insight how I can improve my training.
