Schwimmtrainig: Update

Yesterday I was again, when after two weeks of rest, swim training. Since I never really felt fit and always had the feeling auszufassen a common cold, I schohnte me.
Compared to my swimming mates / in I came with good, without a large deficit. Only my breathing problem I still create. After six lengths wearing and I have to take a few deep breaths. It seems that I start with the air blowing out too late for my oxygen deficit increases with each length. I have now switched from the 2-train on a 3-train. Here I have the feeling to get along with my air better. It was in open water also has the advantage of Mutual looking up, keep better orientation.
Furthermore I had with my coach about Trainigsziel a detailed conversation. Here clearly was a further problem for the language, my involuntary arm movement. The arm above the water should be loose and run under water. This movement I have not mastered yet. As the well, I'm busy, not to drink ;-)
Bottom Line: Lots of work!
