Running works beautifully, practically concern. Before, I had treated my knee problems with warming Pain Relief. Success was, however. Now I have again been struggling with rising knee pain. 10km runs are no problem and to create the relaxed tempo (pulse ~ 145), in an hour. Earlier than every other day, rather every third day I walk to the time.
