As I just heard yesterday, the Ukrainian tourist visa is limited now. The scheme provides that tourists are still 90 days to come in, but only within 180 days. This means that a tourist may stay a maximum of 180 days per year in the country. I was myself a lot in recent years in Ukraine (I had friends in Kyiv).
